- Pre negotiation report including for lease review, property inspection, collation of comparable transactions, and recommendation of revised rent and negotiating strategy
- Negotiating the revised rent with the opposing party’s representative
- Recommending a negotiated settlement figure or alternatively where agreement cannot be reached pursuing the matter through the Arbitration/Independent Expert process
